Sharolyn brings a high energy leadership style to every engagement in which she’s involved.  She has spent her entire career in the travel industry.  Sharolyn has wide-ranging experience that includes airline management in both operations & inflight, agency implementations and global consolidation management.  With over 25 years of experience as a leader in global Account Management and Customer Success, Sharolyn has worked with some of the top corporate customers and Travel Management Companies in the industry. 

She has a successful and extensive history of leadership in strengthening corporate travel programs through global integration, streamlining, improved customer satisfaction and optimized program solutions.  She has the ability to “quarterback” internal and external initiatives through cross-functional partnerships.  Another one of Sharolyn’s strenghts is  developing & nurturing strong customer and peer relationships.  Her well-developed analytical, problem-solving and dot-connecting skills provide quick and accurate situational awareness.
