Katie Raddatz brings 25 years of experience leading teams and managing client and supplier relationships to NuPath Strategies. Her background in consulting, project management and strategic sourcing has helped many clients find new ways to improve the value of their travel programs and to find more areas to enhance the program and drive savings. Through strong partnerships with airlines, she helped pioneer the implementation of contract autoloading that allowed a more accurate and efficient way for them to submit contract proposals for analytical review. Katie believes that integrity, having a strong understanding of client business objectives and building trust are critical keys to success. 

She is based in Minneapolis, MN where she enjoys spending time with her husband and son on one of the state’s beautiful 10,000 lakes.
